The starting point for the birth of one of Denmark’s largest manufacturers of contemporary wood-burning stoves, sold under the Scan brand, was a combination of Danish design, craftsmanship and skilful engineering.
Since its beginnings in 1978 in Odense in Denmark with only three employees, Scan has developed into an innovative, international group with dealers all over the world.
Our factory is in Denmark, where we have total control of our raw materials, production and the finished product. This is how we guarantee our customers a positive experience many years down the line.
At Scan we consider a fireplace to be much more than a source of heat; we also consider it a source of happiness and inspiration. The crackling fire creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room and the warmth is comforting through a cold autumn and winter.
